If you register your details, we'll let you know if we need to interrupt the services to your property for repairs or to lay new pipes.

Interruptions may include:

water outages
wastewater overflows
testing
air quality
repairs to the water, wastewater and stormwater networks in your area.

Sometimes we may need to access the water services on your property. We can let you know when we're coming.

Our service commitment

We'll try to limit planned interruptions to less than 5 hours at a time. Residential customers will have at least 2 days' written notice while non-residential customers will have at least 7 days' written notice (unless they agree to another period).

If we need to do unplanned repairs, we’ll restore the service as quickly as possible.

You may also be eligible for a rebate if your services are affected.
