Staying connected with our supply partners

Our service area stretches across Sydney, the Illawarra and the Blue Mountains. We rely on our supply partners to help us plan, build and maintain our vast network. This helps us deliver high-quality water and wastewater services to our customers. We're always looking out for qualified new supply partners, and supporting our current partners.

Potential new supply partners

You can join our supply chain in 2 steps.

Step 1 – Express interest

If your company is interested in becoming a supply partner, you'll need to complete our Supplier self-registration request. For more details, please check our New supplier self-registration (281KB) guide.

Once registered, you'll be able to pre-qualify and Login / sign up with Ariba (392KB)

Step 2 – Pre-qualify

Once you've expressed interest, we'll send you a questionnaire when a supply opportunity arises. This will help us check if you meet our standards. Potential new supply partners will also need to accept our policies and Supplier Code of Conduct (1.8MB) as part of this process. 

Once Step 2 is completed, we'll be able to consider your company when we advertise current tenders.  

Existing supply partners

If you're an existing supply partner, you may receive an invitation to register. Please follow the guide to Sydney Water existing suppliers – Invitation to register (293KB) to find out how to complete the registration form.

Once registered, you'll be able to Log in / sign up with Ariba (392KB).
