WaterFix Residential is one of the ways we can help you save water at home. Our qualified plumbers are available from 7:30am to 5pm Monday to Friday, and 8am to 4pm on Saturdays. You can request a WaterFix Residential appointment online 24/7, or call us on 1800 807 475 Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 5pm.
How we help you save
You can save water and money each year by fixing leaks and installing water-efficient devices. How much could you save in your home? We can:
- replace inefficient taps with WELS 4-star rated taps and reduce water use by up to 52%
- replace an inefficient showerhead with a WELS 4-star rated showerhead and reduce water use by up to 50%
- replace a single-flush toilet with a WELS 4-star rated dual-flush toilet and reduce water use by up to 63%.
For over 20 years, our plumbers have helped residential customers like you save over 300 million litres of water and reduce water bills.
Services we provide
A qualified WaterFix plumber will check your home for leaking taps and fittings. They’ll discuss any repair work needed, suggest water efficient devices and do any additional repairs you agree to.
They can also supply and install new showerheads, taps and toilets, and take away the old ones. You can choose from our Water Efficiency Labelling and Standards (WELS) 4-star standard range (with 3-month workmanship warranty) or provide the item yourself.
All our prices include removing and disposing of existing items, plus installing new ones. Charges will be added to your next Sydney Water bill. Leak repairs

Tip: Leaks aren't always easy to see or hear. Before you request a WaterFix Residential appointment, do some simple leak detection tests.

Minor indoor tap leak repair

Toilets
Outlet washer replacement

Cracked or leaking cisterns and toilet pans, and concealed cisterns and pans, not included in free offer.
Tap set installation
Note that our callout fee of $33 ($11 first callout fee for eligible pension card holders) applies to all new tap set installations. All prices below include removing and disposing of your existing tap set, plus supplying and installing your new one. Our plumber may need additional materials at extra cost.
Showerhead installation
Our free showerhead and installation offer applies for a limited time only. Note that our callout fee of $33 ($11 first callout fee for eligible pension card holders) applies to all new showerhead installations. All prices below include removing and disposing of your existing showerhead, plus supplying and installing your new one. Our plumber may need additional materials at extra cost.
Toilet suite installation
Our discounted single-flush toilet suite and installation offer applies for a limited time only. Note that our callout fee of $33 ($11 first callout fee for eligible pension card holders) applies to all new toilet suite installations. All prices below include removing and disposing of your existing toilet suite, plus supplying and installing your new one. Our plumber may need additional materials at extra cost.
