The first step is our obligation-free desktop assessment. This will help us identify whether the water usage in your strata building is high. By counting the bedrooms and comparing your building’s historical water use to best practice industry benchmarks, we can see where there may be potential to save water. 

WaterFix Strata works best for strata buildings using over 350 litres of water per bedroom each day.


Next steps

If the assessment identifies your strata building's water use as too high, we'll inspect a representative sample of units in the building and provide you with a more detailed assessment.

You’ll also receive an obligation-free quote covering the work that needs to be done, both inside units and in the common areas.

What the quote covers

The obligation-free quote will cover the full solution. It will include products and materials, repairs or installing new items, removing and disposing of existing items, project management, appointment coordination with unit owners and tenants, and flexible financing options. 

Once the quote is approved, our fully licensed and experienced plumbers and specialist tradespeople will complete the work on site. This includes:

  • repairing tap and toilet leaks
  • installing water-efficient devices
  • replacing faulty tapware and single-flush toilets
  • finding concealed leaks
  • repairing leaks in common areas
  • removal, recycling and responsible disposal of all waste products and materials.

We recommend you ensure you’re getting value for money by seeking alternative solutions and quotations from other suppliers.


Flexible payment options

You can choose from a one-off fee for service or spread payments over a 12-month payback plan. You might want to include your payments in your strata’s Sydney Water bill.

You may be eligible to pay through a performance payment plan. This would mean no out-of-pocket payments, as costs would be covered by the value of water your site saves.
